Terms & Conditions
Booking
- Booking can be done through online booking or by contacting us
- All prices that we presented in the package can be changed and not final yet until confirmed to booking
- Prices based on low season period, package during high season / peak season periode will have surcharge applied
- All services not block yet until down payment
Payment
- You can do payment via bank transfer, by cash or credit card but we highly recommend by transferwise
- Down Payment 50% must be paid maximum 3 (three) days after confirming the package
- Repayment must be done maximum D-3
Cancellation
Cancellation after down payment are non refundable
- D – 14 refund 50%
- D – 7 no refund
Surf Equipment Insurance
During the surf activities, all the surf equipment are under Jojo Lombok Surfventure supervision and responsibilities. Any damage to the surf equipment gear are guaranteed by the company into the insurance system.
Force Majeure
- Boat cancellation because of the weather will not be our responsibilities
- Air ticket delays or cancellation will be not our responsibilities
- Please note that our services exclude the insurance during the programme
